Model-Approved Costumes

One week until Halloween. Scary, right? We suggest ditching the animal ears + angel wings for a High Fashion getup. With spooky szn quickly approaching, our Lash Affair team rounded up three dope looks inspired by famous style icons. These costumes are easy to throw together and will perfectly highlight your stunning lashes. Better book that lash appointment now, sis.

Cindy Crawford

One of the most iconic 90’s models, Cindy Crawford’s bold look, taken by Juergen Teller for W Magazine in 2006, is a sure head-turner. Grab a black bodysuit and get to work accessorizing with chunky jewelry of all tones. Our team fixed the chains to the bodysuit, but feel free to alternately load up on big chain necklaces to achieve this look.

Once your outfit is on point, tease your hair to the heavens to get that crazy, gravity-defying volume. Finally, high pencil those brows, accent with bronzer, add a neutral smokey eye in your favorite dark brown, and add a contrasting lip liner - sooooo 90’s.

Don’t forget the intense lashes for a model status look. Our model, Leah is wearing The Obsession Volume lash extensions by Lash Affair Studios artist Kristen.

Kate Moss

Kate Moss’s “Life is a Joke” print was taken by British fashion photographer Craig McDean. The iconic photo has appeared on everything from wall art to apparel and now YOU.

Simply create the mustache image on your index finger with a marker or waterproof eyeliner. Complete the look with a tousled hairstyle. Use a texturizing spray to get her ‘lived in’ dimension. And you can’t forget to pair with a beautiful set of lashes. Our model, Brittany, is wearing The Tease Classic lash extensions created by Lash Affair Studios artist Cassey.

Naomi Campbell

In Naomi Campbell’s 2006 photoshoot “Cover Girls” by Juergen Teller, the supermodel rocks purple underwear and a periwinkle bra with long, mermaid-worthy locks.

Get the look with slightly mismatched undergarments and long hair extensions that are crimped or curled to perfection. Finish it off with sultry eyelashes. Our model Madeline is wearing The Affair Hybrid lash extensions by Lash Affair Studios artist and studio manager, Kami.

It’s not too tricky to put together a fun Halloween costume with only a little time and money. A simpler costume accentuates your beauty and lets your lashes shine! If you recreate these looks, tag us @lashaffairjp. We’d love to see how you rock your look. Happy Spooky Szn!
