Pro pricing for working artists
Our wholesale program exists for one reason: to keep professional lash artists stocked with the products they use every day, at pricing that protects their margins. If you're actively lashing clients, this program is built for you.
How to apply
Wholesale accounts are open to licensed lash artists, salons, spas, schools and distributors. You'll need a valid cosmetology or esthetics license, or business credentials for salons and schools.
Approval usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Once approved, wholesale pricing is applied automatically when you log in to your account.
Keeping your wholesale discount
Wholesale pricing is for active professional accounts. Your account keeps its discount by meeting either of these:
- Active accounts: at least $200 in purchases over each rolling 90-day period.
- Established accounts: 50 or more lifetime orders with Lash Affair, with at least one order placed in the last 6 months.
A few things to know about how this works:
- We review account activity quarterly. If your account is below the minimum at review, we'll email you first. You'll then have 30 days to place a qualifying order before any change is made.
- All purchases on your account count toward the minimum, including orders placed by your staff, as long as they order through your wholesale account. If your team orders under personal emails, contact us to add them to your account so their orders count.
- If your account lapses, nothing happens to your order history or saved details. Your account reverts to retail pricing.
If your discount lapses
Accounts that lapse may reapply for wholesale pricing after 6 months. We'd rather keep you stocked than see you go, so if you get a notice from us, the fastest fix is simply placing your next restock order within the 30-day window.
Why we have minimums
Wholesale pricing is a partnership. We keep prices low for accounts that buy consistently, because consistent volume is what lets us offer those prices at all. Minimums keep the program fair for the artists who rely on us as their primary supplier.
