Shipping policy

Lash Affair© reserves the right to ship orders via any shipping carrier at any time, at its discretion. All customers will receive an email confirmation once his or her order has been shipped including a tracking number(s) to monitor the order's shipping status.

Lash Affair© is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event of a lost or stolen package, or missing delivery (e.g. the tracking status states delivered, but the package is missing), you should first contact the shipping carrier associated with their tracking number to locate their goods or file a lost package claim before contacting Lash Affair©.

If the incorrect shipping address is provided, the customer is responsible for paying all extra shipping costs in the case of a replacement.
