We love applying a layer of white liner underneath some of the colors to make them pop even more! If you’re giving it a try, just make sure the white layer is fully dry before applying a second color. 

HOW YOU’LL USE IT

• Shake for 10 seconds before use
• Use two coats for lighter colors (like yellow + white) for maximum pop 
• If using without strip lashes: Use translucent setting powder after applying if the liner still feels sticky
• If using with strip lashes: Don’t worry about the stickiness before you get the lashes on, it’ll stay just long enough for you to get your lashes on 
• Remove using makeup remover or cleanser, like our TLC
